Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to achieve annual fundraising targets.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with corporate sponsors, donors, and community partners.
- Identify and pursue new revenue streams through grants, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and collaborative events.
- Organize and manage signature fundraising campaigns and outreach programs.
- Draft compelling proposals, reports, and presentations for potential and existing partners.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between fundraising initiatives and organizational programs.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or non-profit fundraising.
- Proven track record in securing sponsorships or managing high-value relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and public speaking skills.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English for professional proposal drafting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced non-profit environment.
