Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end management of electrical projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage change orders, variations (VOs), and contract negotiations to optimize project outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members to enhance collaboration and project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
