Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end ecommerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Optimize platform performance (e.g., Shopify, Tokopedia, Shopee) to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, delivery times, customer satisfaction) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for ecommerce processes to ensure scalability and compliance.
- Liaise with third-party vendors, payment gateways, and logistics partners to resolve issues and negotiate contracts.
- Train and mentor junior team members to foster a high-performance ecommerce operations team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce operations, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing multiple ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Tokopedia).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or BI software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and CRM systems is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
