Join We Support Inc. as a Senior DevSecOps Engineer and take the lead in designing, building, and securing cutting-edge AWS cloud infrastructure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Based in the vibrant hub of Bali, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our cloud platforms are scalable, resilient, and fortified against emerging threats.
Leverage your expertise in EKS, ECS, VPC, ALB, RDS, Redis, S3, Glue, and Certificate Manager to architect high-performance systems while integrating security best practices into every phase of the DevOps pipeline. Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure (EKS, ECS, VPC, ALB, RDS, Redis, S3, Glue, Certificate Manager) with a focus on security and compliance.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning (SAST/DAST) and automated remediation.
- Develop and enforce IaC templates (Terraform, CloudFormation) to ensure consistent, secure, and repeatable deployments.
- Monitor, audit, and optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency, performance, and security posture using tools like CloudWatch, GuardDuty, and AWS Config.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed DevSecOps principles into software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Automate security controls, incident response, and vulnerability management in cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and security issues with minimal downtime.
- Stay ahead of emerging cloud security threats and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Security, with at least 2 years in a DevSecOps or Cloud Security role.
- Deep expertise in AWS services (EKS, ECS, VPC, ALB, RDS, S3, IAM, etc.) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks) and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC2, PCI-DSS).
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and security tools (WAF, SIEM, IDS/IPS).
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Security Specialty, or CISSP/CCSP are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
