Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process for telecommunications and IT solutions, from concept to implementation.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and system specifications.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and design systems that align with industry best practices.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility, usability, and scalability standards.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on real-world feedback.
- Mentor junior designers and provide design guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in telecom, UX/UI, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Present design concepts and rationale to senior leadership and clients with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Design, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or telecommunications system design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or AutoCAD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, preferably in telecom, IT, or enterprise solutions.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and agile methodologies.
- Experience working with network architectures, IoT, or cloud-based systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
