Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track KPIs for marketing, sales, and operational performance.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Automate reporting processes to streamline data delivery and reduce manual effort.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making across departments.
- Monitor and analyze competitor benchmarks and industry trends to inform business strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating sources, cleaning datasets, and implementing best practices.
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, data-driven storytelling and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying) and Python/R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and data visualization.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, attribution modeling, A/B testing).
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
