Responsibility
- Technical Leadership: Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Google Cloud solutions, including compute, storage, networking, and AI/ML services.
- Customer Success: Partner with enterprise clients to understand their business challenges and develop cloud strategies that drive efficiency, scalability, and security.
- Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Create and demonstrate custom PoCs to showcase the value of GCP for potential and existing customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Googleās sales, product, and engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs and market trends.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize cloud workloads to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance reliability.
- Training & Enablement: Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Google Cloud at industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote best practices in cloud adoption.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide high-level technical support to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless cloud operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās Degree: In Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Cloud Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure, including certifications (e.g., Google Professional Cloud Architect).
- Enterprise Solutions: Proven track record of designing and implementing cloud solutions for large-scale enterprises.
- Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Terraform for automation and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
- Networking & Security: Deep understanding of cloud networking, security best practices, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends in AI/ML, data analytics, DevOps, or Kubernetes is a plus.
