Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates for semiconductor manufacturing projects, including raw materials, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to gather data and refine cost models for accuracy.
- Analyze historical cost data and industry trends to forecast future expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare budget reports, variance analyses, and financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new projects, evaluating ROI and financial viability.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal financial policies in all cost-related documentation.
- Support supply chain optimization by assessing vendor quotes and negotiating cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling to streamline cost estimation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering (preferably with a focus on Industrial/Manufacturing).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimation, financial analysis, or budgeting within semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing industries.
- Proven expertise in cost accounting, activity-based costing (ABC), and standard costing methods.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and ERP/MRP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Familiarity with US MNC financial reporting standards and multi-currency transactions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment with tight deadlines.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
