Responsibility

  • Provide expert consultancy to healthcare and insurance clients to establish and optimize clinical, bill review, and insurance practices.
  • Design and implement scalable processes for clinical documentation, claims processing, and insurance compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with operational workflows and technology solutions.
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for client teams to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adapt strategies and maintain compliance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for healthcare and insurance verticals, providing guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports on project progress, KPIs, and performance metrics to senior leadership and clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., RHIA, CPC, CCS) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting, clinical operations, or insurance/bill review practices.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing process improvements in healthcare or insurance BPO environments.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, ICD-10, CMS guidelines) and insurance claim processes.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to drive results in a remote setting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience working with global clients and cross-cultural teams in a BPO or outsourcing context.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
