YWL Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Civil and Structural AutoCAD Drafter to join our growing engineering team in Kuching. As a key member of our design department, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex engineering concepts into precise technical drawings for large-scale infrastructure and building projects.

Responsibility
- Prepare accurate civil and structural drawings, including reinforced concrete details and steel structural members, using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret design requirements and resolve design conflicts.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Manage project documentation, including revision tracking and updating as-built drawings.
- Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and support project coordination during the construction phase.
- Maintain electronic document filing systems and ensure all drafting templates and libraries are up to date.
- Mentor junior drafters on internal drafting standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in structural and civil drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Revit or Tekla) is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete detailing and steel fabrication drawings.
- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical field.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude towards collaborative work.
