Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for Australian clients, identifying pain points, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility.
- Design and optimize business processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Develop detailed user stories, use cases, and process maps to guide development teams in solution delivery.
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, translating technical jargon into clear business value.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in IT or digital transformation projects.
- Strong proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working with Australian clients or in a remote/cross-cultural environment is highly advantageous.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master are a strong asset.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
