Responsibility
- Lead the analysis of business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance and support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for data solutions.
- Conduct in-depth data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modeling to uncover actionable insights.
- Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of business data.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and align analytics initiatives with business goals.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in business intelligence, AI, and data analytics to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or real estate.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement-gathering techniques (e.g., user stories, use cases).
- Certifications in CBAP, PMP, or data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified) are advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
