Responsibility
- Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for luxury timepieces, jewelry, and fashion collections
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive boutique revenue growth while maintaining brand integrity and exclusivity
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing personalized service and curating exclusive shopping experiences
- Oversee boutique operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring presentation standards meet global luxury benchmarks
- Conduct regular product knowledge training sessions to ensure team expertise across all categories, particularly in horology and fine jewelry
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to make informed decisions about product assortment and promotional strategies
- Collaborate with regional management on marketing initiatives, VIP events, and trunk shows to enhance brand visibility in Bali's luxury market
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, creating a memorable experience that encourages client loyalty and repeat business
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within timepiece, jewelry, or high-end fashion
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business in a competitive retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with VIP clients and international customers
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Deep passion for and knowledge of luxury watches, fine jewelry, and designer fashion trends
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Mandarin, Russian, French, or Japanese) are highly advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the luxury retail calendar
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
