Responsibility
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoices, client billing, and payment processing.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and address findings promptly.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of government filings, tax returns, and regulatory reports.
- Monitor internal controls and implement best practices to mitigate financial risks.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with management to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is advantageous.
