Responsibility
- Lead and manage audit engagements for multinational clients, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Plan and execute audit procedures, including risk assessment, internal control testing, and substantive testing.
- Prepare and review audit reports, financial statements, and other relevant documentation.
- Mentor and train junior audit associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary information, address queries, and provide professional advice.
- Identify and communicate audit findings, recommendations, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal writing and client presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing, preferably with a reputable accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards (e.g., ISA, GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
