Responsibility
- Lead the design and execution of high-quality visual assets, including digital campaigns, marketing collateral, presentations, and brand materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to develop cohesive design solutions that align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize and produce innovative design concepts, from wireframes to final deliverables, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of creativity and precision.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate the quality and impact of design outputs.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for accessibility, usability, and brand compliance.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Sketch.
- Experience with motion graphics, UI/UX design, or video editing is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and brand identity systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for financial services or corporate branding is an advantage.
