Responsibility
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of large-scale infrastructure and architectural projects in Bali.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental specialists.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, sustainability standards, and international best practices.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver high-impact results.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for new developments in coastal and urban areas.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Present design proposals to stakeholders, clients, and government authorities with clarity and conviction.
- Integrate smart technology and eco-friendly materials into architectural solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on infrastructure or urban development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other industry-standard design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects in commercial, residential, or public infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining precision.
- Familiarity with Baliās construction regulations and environmental sustainability practices.
- Certification in LEED, BREEAM, or similar green building standards is highly desirable.
