Responsibility
- Conduct financial analysis and valuation assessments for potential M&A opportunities.
- Perform due diligence on target companies, including financial, operational, and market analysis.
- Prepare detailed financial models and investment memorandums to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, tax, and business development teams, to execute M&A transactions.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and board meetings.
- Support post-merger integration activities, ensuring smooth transition and value realization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation related to M&A activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
- Experience in conducting due diligence and preparing investment memorandums.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to M&A transactions.
