Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular financial audits and reconciliations to maintain data integrity and identify discrepancies.
- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with legal and fiscal requirements.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize cost management and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and support business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting or financial management role, preferably in the agribusiness, manufacturing, or palm oil industry.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data.
