Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Oversee inventory costing, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and monitor budgets, providing variance analysis and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal financial policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and implement recommendations.
- Provide financial insights and support to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in inventory costing and budgeting is highly desirable.
