Responsibility
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards
- Manage tax compliance processes including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax filings
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during financial audits and assessments
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate financial information
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification is a plus)
- Minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in financial services or lending industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment with minimal supervision
