Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Conduct financial audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the energy or utilities sector is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
