Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
- Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor and client invoicing.
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (S1 Akuntansi).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or Brevet A/B is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the retail, manufacturing, or FMCG industry is advantageous.
