Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards (SAK).
- Oversee general ledger operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (e.g., PPN, PPh) and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks, providing actionable recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, depreciation, and inventory valuations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or FMCG industries is highly desirable.
