Responsibility
- Manage the full cycle of the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to strict deadlines.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal corporate policies.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and perform analytical reviews of P&L accounts.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during annual and quarterly audits.
- Identify process gaps and implement accounting workflow improvements to increase efficiency.
- Provide support during budget preparation and financial forecasting cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in general accounting or finance roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and IFRS.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, global corporate environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
