Responsibility
- Manage and oversee full-set accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Lead the preparation and submission of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, staying updated with local and international tax laws.
- Mentor and guide junior accountants, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing full-set accounts and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of developing junior team members.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
