Responsibility
- Monitor and patrol hospital premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized activities, or safety hazards.
- Conduct thorough access control checks at entry and exit points, verifying identification and ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter restricted areas.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement, fire departments, or medical staff as needed.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities, ensuring accurate documentation for review and compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients, visitors, and staff with directions, escorts, and general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and communication equipment, ensuring they are functional and effective.
- Enforce hospital policies and procedures related to security, parking, and visitor management, addressing violations with diplomacy and firmness.
- Participate in regular training sessions and drills to stay updated on emergency protocols, security best practices, and new technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field, with preference given to candidates with hospital or healthcare security experience.
- Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations in Indonesia (e.g., SATPOL PP or equivalent).
- Strong observational and analytical skills, with the ability to assess situations quickly and take appropriate action.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods, as well as lift or move objects up to 20 kg if necessary.
- Proficiency in using security equipment, such as CCTV systems, two-way radios, and access control systems.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to emergency preparedness.
- High integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility, with a clean criminal record.
