Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive scheduling systems to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, warehouse) to align timelines and prioritize tasks.
- Monitor project milestones and adjust schedules proactively to mitigate risks or delays.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to confirm delivery timelines and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Generate and analyze reports to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all scheduling activities.
- Utilize scheduling software (e.g., ERP, MS Project) to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Provide real-time support to resolve urgent scheduling issues and escalate concerns as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling, operations coordination, or a similar role within manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel) and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
