Responsibility
- Design, configure, and implement SAP SD modules with a focus on Customer Service (CS) and Service Management (SM) processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions for service order management, warranty processing, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize service workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for SAP SD enhancements to align with business needs.
- Develop and execute testing scenarios (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure seamless SAP SD deployments.
- Provide end-user training and create documentation for SAP SD and Service Management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system performance.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SD and Service Management trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant with a focus on Customer Service & Service Management.
- Proven expertise in SAP SD module configuration, including service orders, warranty claims, and customer service processes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP CS (Customer Service) and SM (Service Management) modules.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred) and integration with other SAP modules (FI, CO, MM).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- SAP Certification in SD, CS, or SM is a plus.
