Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, and testing.
- Configure SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet complex business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end integration between FICO and other SAP modules like SD, MM, and PP.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Perform system data migration, validation, and reconciliation tasks to ensure high-quality output.
- Develop and execute comprehensive unit, integration, and user acceptance test (UAT) scripts.
- Provide expert-level hyper-care support and troubleshooting during and after project go-live.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and configuration.
- Proven track record in integrating FICO with cross-functional SAP modules.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and managerial accounting processes.
- Experience with S/4HANA is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a client-facing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- SAP Certification in FICO is a distinct advantage.
