Responsibility
- Design, configure, and implement SAP CRM and SD modules based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize and optimize SAP workflows, reports, and interfaces to enhance business processes.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Participate in the paid upskilling program to expand your knowledge of advanced SAP functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP trends and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Document project deliverables, including functional specifications and user manuals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP CRM or SAP SD Consultant (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of SAP CRM and SD modules, including configuration and customization.
- Experience with SAP integration, ABAP, or Fiori is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a flexible work setting.
- Certification in SAP CRM or SD is highly desirable but not mandatory.
