Your primary focus will be supporting the Free Independent Traveler (FIT) segment, ensuring that our travel agency partners can create seamless, customized, and memorable experiences for their clients. Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the regional sales team to ensure all B2B inquiries are handled within established SLAs.
- Assist travel agency partners in utilizing our proprietary online itinerary builder for the FIT segment.
- Coordinate with global suppliers and internal departments to confirm availability, pricing, and special requests for tailor-made itineraries.
- Manage and update the CRM database with accurate client information and booking details.
- Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in booking confirmations or documentation to ensure a seamless traveler experience.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance analytics for management review.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and training sessions for new B2B clients to maximize tool adoption.
- Stay updated on global travel trends and destination knowledge to provide insightful support to partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in sales support or operations within the travel and tourism industry.
- Proven understanding of the FIT (Free Independent Traveler) market and B2B wholesale dynamics.
- Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with international stakeholders.
- High level of technical aptitude with experience in GDS, online booking engines, or itinerary management software.
- Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
