In this role, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing product knowledge, and delivering competitive quotations to clients. You’ll also manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure seamless logistics to meet customer demands. With a focus on both sales and procurement, you’ll play a key role in optimizing our supply chain while driving revenue growth.

Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including handling inquiries, providing product knowledge, and preparing quotations for clients.
- Process and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with suppliers.
- Prepare packing lists and coordinate with the warehouse team to fulfill orders efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to provide competitive and profitable quotations.
- Resolve customer and supplier inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping and delivery processes.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in trading or manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting while maintaining productivity and accountability.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or procurement is highly desirable.
