Responsibility
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the automotive sector in Bali.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service, to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and improve overall business performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and business insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, operations, or a related role within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the Bali market and local business practices is highly desirable.
