Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote TOPAIRE air conditioning products across Bali, targeting dealers, contractors, and end-users.
  • Provide technical consultations and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring alignment with their cooling needs and budget requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Bali’s HVAC sector.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless product installations.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Stay updated on HVAC innovations, energy efficiency standards, and regulatory compliance to position TOPAIRE as a market leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; HVAC certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the HVAC or air conditioning industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer networks in a competitive market.
  • Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, including split units, VRF systems, and commercial HVAC solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
