Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote TOPAIRE air conditioning products across Bali, targeting dealers, contractors, and end-users.
- Provide technical consultations and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring alignment with their cooling needs and budget requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Baliās HVAC sector.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless product installations.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Stay updated on HVAC innovations, energy efficiency standards, and regulatory compliance to position TOPAIRE as a market leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; HVAC certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the HVAC or air conditioning industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer networks in a competitive market.
- Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, including split units, VRF systems, and commercial HVAC solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
