Responsibility

  • Develop and present customized data center solutions (cooling, power, rack systems) aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct technical consultations and site assessments to identify client pain points and propose optimized designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, project management, finance) to ensure seamless project execution from proposal to handover.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals, ROI analyses, and presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in data center technology (e.g., liquid cooling, AI-driven efficiency, edge computing) and integrate them into solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs and anticipating future opportunities.
  • Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and performance reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of technical accuracy and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or IT-related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data center sales, solutions engineering, or IT infrastructure (preferably in Southeast Asia).
  • Deep understanding of data center components (HVAC, UPS, generators, fire suppression, cabling, etc.) and industry standards (TIA-942, ASHRAE).
  • Proven track record of closing complex technical sales with enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Indonesian language proficiency is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to solution design.
  • Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to Jakarta for client meetings.
  • Certifications in data center design (e.g., CDCDP, Cisco, Schneider Electric) are highly desirable.
