Responsibility
- Lead and coach the sales team to improve individual performance and exceed monthly targets.
- Coordinate daily sales activities and act as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints and sales-related issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Manage the CRM database, ensuring all leads and customer interactions are accurately recorded and tracked.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's product knowledge and selling skills.
- Facilitate effective communication between the sales department and other internal teams like Marketing and Finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
