Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any client concerns promptly.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in sales, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify sales opportunities and address challenges.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and possess a strong desire to succeed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
