Responsibility
- Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Maintain and update customer databases with current information and transaction records
- Prepare sales reports, invoices, and other documentation for the sales team
- Coordinate between sales, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order processing
- Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for product availability
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials
- Maintain filing systems for all sales-related documents and contracts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Good command of English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
