Responsibility
- Manage and maintain sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with the sales team to process orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and resolve administrative issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability for sales operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards in all administrative tasks.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to streamline sales administration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales administration, preferably within the automotive or related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling data and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with Indonesian automotive market trends and regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or others) are advantageous.
