Responsibility
- Lead and oversee daily safety and security operations within township developments.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement security protocols and emergency response plans.
- Monitor and analyze security risks, providing recommendations for mitigation.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services as needed.
- Train and supervise security personnel to maintain high standards of performance.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Ensure the safety of residents, visitors, and staff through proactive measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety and security operations, preferably in a corporate or residential setting.
- Certification in security management or related areas is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, emergency procedures, and risk assessment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
- Proficiency in using security systems and surveillance technology.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
