Responsibility
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets in the SEA market.
- Enterprise Account Management: Identify, engage, and close high-value deals with C-level executives and key decision-makers in enterprise organizations.
- Solution Selling: Articulate the value proposition of SaaS products, tailoring solutions to address specific client pain points and business needs.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaborative Sales: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities in the SEA SaaS market.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions, pricing strategies, and renewal processes to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on enterprise accounts and complex deal cycles.
- SEA Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian business landscape, with existing networks or experience in the region.
- Hunter Mentality: Self-starter with a track record of prospecting, cold outreach, and converting leads into closed-won deals.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to grasp technical SaaS concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) and analytics platforms.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English; ability to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Negotiation & Closing: Strong negotiation skills with a history of closing deals valued at $50K+ annually.
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
