Responsibility
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor financial operations and internal control compliance across multiple properties.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for property management and executive review.
- Act as the primary point of contact for property personnel regarding accounting inquiries, billing issues, and financial documentation.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in property revenue and expense tracking.
- Identify and report any financial discrepancies or operational risks to management immediately.
- Oversee petty cash management and ensure proper liquidation of property-level expenses.
- Collaborate with property managers to streamline billing processes and improve collection efficiency.
- Participate in internal audits and support external audit requirements as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in property accounting, auditing, or general accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax compliance.
- Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple locations/tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems or property management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel between property sites within Metro Manila as required.
