Responsibility
- Develop and implement centralized pricing strategies for Road Logistics to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Lead the tender management process, including bid preparation, submission, and negotiation with clients and vendors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and cost structures to inform pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of pricing models, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual agreements.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on pricing methodologies and best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on pricing performance, tender outcomes, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, pricing, or tender management, preferably in the Road Logistics sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing complex tender processes and achieving successful outcomes.
- Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
