Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve store performance and profitability.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment in line with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail industry or related field.
- Proven track record as a Store Supervisor or Floor Manager for at least 3 years.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in retail management software (e.g., POS systems, inventory tools) is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
