Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and cash registers.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Reconcile daily sales and cash totals, ensuring all records are accurate and complete.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit daily financial reports to the management team.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, adhering to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth retail operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and reporting.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
