Responsibility
- Handle flight, hotel, and travel bookings efficiently and accurately.
- Issue tickets and process changes or cancellations as requested by customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel policies, procedures, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with travel partners and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process payments and manage financial transactions related to bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
- Assist in promoting travel packages and special offers to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or reservation role, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using reservation and ticketing software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with travel regulations and documentation requirements.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
