Responsibility
- Conduct structured telephone or online interviews with respondents to gather accurate and reliable data for research projects.
- Follow predefined scripts and survey protocols to ensure consistency and compliance with research standards.
- Engage respondents professionally, addressing questions or concerns to maximize survey completion rates.
- Record and validate responses in real-time using research software or databases, ensuring data integrity.
- Monitor and report any issues or anomalies in survey responses to the research team for further investigation.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection guidelines to safeguard respondent information.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on research methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and deliver high-quality research outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center operations, or market research is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage respondents professionally and clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high data quality standards.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with research or survey software.
