Responsibility
- Design and implement AI-driven algorithms and models to solve complex software engineering problems, including code generation, bug detection, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to develop, test, and deploy scalable AI solutions for real-world applications.
- Conduct experimental evaluations of AI models, analyze results, and iterate on improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Write and maintain clean, well-documented code in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and software engineering and apply them to ongoing projects.
- Prepare technical reports, research papers, and presentations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and peer reviews to foster innovation and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and data privacy standards in all research activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI/ML model development, including familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++, with experience in software development best practices.
- Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with software engineering principles, including version control (Git), testing, and debugging.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to document and present technical concepts clearly.
- Prior research experience or publications in AI, machine learning, or software engineering is a plus.
