Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end research projects, including design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define research objectives and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and present data-driven reports and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Utilize IT tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Python) to enhance data analysis and visualization.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for client growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure research aligns with business goals and client needs.
- Contribute to process improvements by refining research methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in research, data analysis, or client management, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with IT concepts, databases, or programming (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience working in remote or hybrid teams is advantageous.
